Fra matrikkelnummer til eiendom

Eiendomsoppslaget svarer på hva vi vet om denne matrikkelenheten: areal, adresser, kommune og eiendomstype, pluss lenker videre til bygg, eiere, leietakere og transaksjoner. Banker og meglere bruker det til å verifisere en eiendom før verdivurdering; utbyggere bruker det til å hente grunndata før en dypere analyse.

Bulkoppslaget svarer på samme spørsmål for en liste med matrikkelnumre i ett kall, i stedet for ett kall per eiendom. Seksjonslisten svarer på hvordan en seksjonert eiendom er delt opp: eierseksjonene, sameiebrøk og hvem som eier hver seksjon.

• Bulkoppslag i ett kall

  Inntil 100 matrikkelnumre i ett kall i stedet for ett kall per eiendom. En notFound-liste sier hvilke som ikke ga treff, og Idempotency-Key gjenbruker svaret i 24 timer ved gjentatt kall.

• Rett videre til underressursene

  Svaret har lenker videre til bygg, eiere og leietakere, så et system slipper å konstruere URL-ene selv.

• Seksjonene med eierandel

  Seksjonslisten gir sameiebrøk og eier per seksjon, samme opplysning eierseksjoner ellers krever et manuelt oppslag i grunnboken for.
