Resolve an address

/addresses/:country/:address

Returns the properties that match an address text, best match first, each with its cadastreId so the rest of the API can be called. Norway matches against Kartverket's adresseregister; Sweden against Lantmäteriet via Combify. Partial addresses return several matches.
