Report: Demographics

Demographic analysis for a drawn area

The Demographics report shows the population composition in the grunnkrets (basic statistical unit) around a selected property: gender, age, life stage, housing conditions, households and historic development. The figures come from Statistisk sentralbyrå (SSB) at grunnkrets level. Use the report for tenant profiling, retail location assessment and housing project target groups.

The population figure is net registered residence, not daytime population. For daytime population, see the Demographics map layer.

Quick access: Use Demographic search (the circle button in the map toolbar) for a freehand drawn area without opening a property. See Analyze - Demographic search.

Opening

Click Reports in the quick links on the property panel and select Demographics. You can also reach the report via Analyze in the left menu and then Reports. The report opens as a modal.
