Anleggsregisteret
The national register of sports facilities, cultural buildings and outdoor recreation facilities that have received or applied for gaming funds (spillemidler), managed by the Ministry of Culture and Equality (KUD). Each facility is registered with its position, owner, type, capacity and grant history, covering both pure sports facilities such as ball pitches, sports halls, floodlit ski trails and swimming pools, and cultural buildings, community halls and walking trails.
For housing developers, proximity to registered facilities is an attractiveness factor, particularly for families with children, and the municipality's documentation of service provision in sales prospectuses and area analyses often draws on this register. For developers planning larger housing projects, the municipality can set rekkefølgekrav (sequencing requirements) that sports or outdoor recreation facilities must be established as part of the project, which makes gaming fund financing relevant. Included in Placepoint's map layer for family and accessibility. Related: Idrett-, kultur- og religionsbygg, Outdoor recreation areas.
Update frequency: When the source changes.
