Coverage Map Case Access
A view of which kommuner Placepoint collects post lists from, the data that powers the Case Access function. The map shows population figures and the number of registered documents per municipality. Municipalities with integrated post lists let you move directly from a property to related building cases, and monitor case processing across a whole project.
Post lists are the municipality's public access register, that is, documents recorded in the municipality's case management system. Coverage varies considerably between kommuner: some have full digital integration, others publish only weekly summaries, and some still require a manual request for access. For a developer, the municipality's post lists are often the quickest way in to check the status of a building case or zoning plan. This dataset helps you assess how good Placepoint's integration is for your area of work. Related: Zoning Plans, Regulation plan proposals, Municipal plans.
