Real Estate Transactions in the Media

Placepoint's derived overview of purchases and sales of property and property companies covered in the media, typically larger commercial property transactions and company sales reported by Estate Nyheter, DN Eiendom, E24, Finansavisen and similar publications. The dataset brings together articles, identified parties and links to source material, and connects the transactions to specific properties on the map.

For commercial agents and analysts, the dataset gives an overview of market movements that are not captured in Latest sales (units of use) (which covers residential transactions via the matrikkel) or Number of transactions (property) (which is aggregated statistics). Confidential transactions and pure share sales appear in the media before, or instead of, in official registers, and this layer is then the primary source. Update frequency: weekly.

Each update covers the previous week's property transactions.
