Regulatory Plans (Oslo)

Oslo municipality's own zoning plans in a more detailed view than the nationwide Kartverket copy offers. Managed by Plan- og bygningsetaten (PBE), the municipal planning authority in Oslo and the first instance for all building cases within the city boundary. The dataset includes full plan information, provisions, plan ID, colour codes and plan status.

For a developer in Oslo, the PBE version is often the day-to-day working tool in design and prospecting: the legend follows Oslo-specific conventions that are not fully visible in the nationwide Zoning Plans layer.
