Latest sales (units of use)

Sales of homes and holiday homes from the matrikkel for the past 12 months, based on registered title transfers recorded in Kartverket's systems. The lowest recorded purchase price is 100,000 kroner (a threshold that filters out symbolic family transfers and pure gift arrangements), and the price per square metre is calculated where possible. The dataset is one of the most important sources of information for valuation, comparative analysis and prospecting in Placepoint.

Housing coop flats are not included in this dataset, because they are traded through the Borettsregisteret, not the matrikkel. For a complete picture of an area, the dataset is therefore combined with Property prices and Number of transactions (property). The dataset is supplied by Kartverket.
