Invitations
Invitations sits under Account in Settings and shows who has been invited into the organisation and how far the invitation has got. The tab appears for organisations that manage their own users.

The email addresses in the screenshot are masked. In the panel they appear in plain text.
Inviting a colleague
Invite member opens a form with an email address, plus first name and surname as optional fields. Send invitation sends your colleague an email with a link into your organisation. The same form sits behind Invite a colleague at the bottom of the left-hand menu.

If all licence seats are in use, the form tells you before you send. You can still invite, but seats beyond the licence may appear on the invoice.
The statuses
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Pending | The invitation has been sent, but not delivered yet |
| Delivered | The email has been delivered |
| Opened | The recipient has opened the email |
| Clicked | The recipient has clicked the link |
| Delivery failed | The email did not arrive, most often because of a typo in the address or a spam filter |
| Expired | The link has passed its expiry date and no longer works |
Sending again or withdrawing
Each row has three options:
- Copy invitation link puts the link on the clipboard, so you can send it in a channel the recipient actually reads.
- Resend sends the email again. Use it for Expired and Delivery failed.
- Revoke withdraws the invitation. The link stops working straight away.
