Feedback
Placepoint Fusion has two ways to give feedback: a button you click yourself, and a short survey that appears from time to time. Both are voluntary.
Feedback is not the same as getting help. If you need an answer from a person about a specific question or a fault, use the live chat. See Help and support.
Give feedback yourself
Give feedback sits at the bottom of the left menu. Click it, and a small field opens at the bottom left with the heading Send us a tip, criticism or praise!. Write freely about anything: a fault you have found, something that is missing, or a suggestion. Send becomes active when the field contains text, and the message goes to our product team.

Use this button whenever you have something on your mind, whether or not a survey has appeared.
Automatic survey
From time to time a small survey appears on the right of the screen. It asks about a specific part of the solution you have just used, for example "What do you think of the tabs in the object panel?".
The survey has three parts:
- A rating from 1 to 5 stars.
- An optional text field for a fuller comment.
- A Send button, which becomes active once you have given a star rating.
If you do not want to answer, close the survey with the cross at the top right. This has no consequences.
When it appears
The survey is designed to be unobtrusive:
- It only appears after you have used a feature a few times, not the first time.
- Each part of the solution is asked about at most once. If you answer or close the survey, that part counts as done and does not appear again.
- Different tabs are counted separately. Transactions and Share transactions, for example, are two separate surveys.
- At least a couple of days pass between each new survey.
The tracking is stored per browser. If you change browser or computer, a survey you have already answered may appear again.
The answers go to our product team and are used to prioritise improvements.
