Pricing Info
Map layers about pricing, sales and valuations for property. The category holds 3 layers, all taken from registered property transactions via Kartverket and Brønnøysundregistrene (BRREG).
Open the category with the Map Layers button at the top right of the map, or with Map layer in the left menu, then select Browse layers. Click the Pricing tile to open the sub-list.
The layers give statistics both per property and per grunnkrets (basic statistical unit). For an estate agent or an analyst, pricing info is central to valuation, yield calculation and comparison between areas. Related glossary articles: forced sale, e-takst.
