Fixes and improvements

• The login page now appears straight away: the form no longer waits for the 3D city, and the city loads faster and more smoothly in the background.
• The tenant list for a property is now fetched for the whole matrikkelenhet family, so sectioned buildings no longer show an incomplete list. See Property panel - Units and Tenants.
• Accounts figures, time series and the income statement are back in Placepoint API. See API platform.
