Released on 13/10/2026. The Owners card explains how we find the owner, the company panel draws owned properties on the map, and more Swedish data now shows correctly.

New​

  • The Owners card in the property panel now has an info button. It briefly explains how we find the owner behind the registered owner and links to Who owns the property.
  • Under Owned properties in the company panel, you can turn on the map and see the properties the company owns as points. When you hold the pointer over a row, the property is highlighted on the map, and a button zooms the map to it. The map does not move until you ask it to.
  • When a plan or another area is on top under the pointer, or several pins sit on top of each other, a left-click shows a list of everything at that spot, including the property, as right-click has always done. A pin that is on top still opens directly, as before.
  • On the help pages for Placepoint AI: the example prompts are sorted by topic and now include their own examples for Placepoint Dataset MCP. The reports without their own page now have one prompt each. The section on Copilot Studio explains what to do when your organisation has turned on tenant isolation in Power Platform.

Fixes and improvements​

  • Market Activity in Analyze now shows at a lower zoom level than before, so you no longer have to zoom far in before the points appear.
  • Swedish filters count matches correctly for each value, regardless of which other filters you have selected.
  • The property card in the company panel shows the correct number of municipalities for Swedish companies, and the breakdown by municipality.
  • Tenants on Swedish fastigheter (properties) show in the property panel again. Previously, all Swedish properties appeared without tenants.
  • Swedish organisation numbers are written as 556740-3604. Norwegian ones are unchanged.
  • The panels for Swedish detaljplaner (detailed development plans), bygglov (building permits), byggrätter (building rights) and markanvisningar (land allocations) centre the map on the object with a pin when they open, and now have a button to zoom to it. The actors are listed in the same order as on Combify, and what is to be built is shown with one row per housing type.
  • In Swedish projects, the ESG tab in the property panel no longer shows the top card with Norwegian map layers. The card with energy ratings remains.
