Released 14/10/2026. You can now describe what you are looking for in Filter in your own words and get a ready-made filter suggestion back.

  • In Filter, you can now tell Ask AI what you are looking for and get a filter suggestion back that you can apply with one click.

Fixes and improvements​

  • The property panel now shows the street address as the title when the property has one. When it only has a matrikkel address, the panel shows the matrikkel number (the property's ID in the Norwegian cadastre) instead of a bare number at the top of the panel.

Other new features since 3.0.28​

  • You can set travel time as low as one minute, for example three minutes on foot around a grocery shop. The table of travel modes shows the lowest and highest travel time and distance for each mode.
