Placepoint 3.0.31

Released 15/10/2026. The chat in the Agent and in Ask AI in Filter now looks the same, and the Agent now opens next to the map.

New

  • The chat in the Agent and in Ask AI in Filter now looks the same. Both start from a page with suggested questions, and you can find earlier conversations in the menu at the top.
  • The Agent opens in a panel next to the map, and you can expand the panel to the full width of the map. Links in the answers open the property or company in a panel next to the conversation, so the conversation stays in place.
  • New map layer under Risk: Lightning strikes. It shows lightning density per km² per year as a coloured area, and every single strike in Norway and Sweden since 2001 with its current strength, with one sub-layer per year. Source: Norwegian Meteorological Institute (MET). See Map layer: Risk.

Fixes and improvements

  • When you export a dataset to Excel without choosing your own display columns, the columns always come in the same order. Before, the order could vary from one export to the next.
  • Several interface texts that used to appear in English whatever your language setting now follow the language you have chosen.
