Placepoint 3.0.32
Released 21/10/2026. The section list in the building panel can be grouped by floor and unit type, and the Agent now follows the licence per market. Swedish search, Swedish addresses and Swedish building permits have received several fixes.
New
- The list of sections and units in the building panel now shows the floor and unit type for each section, and you can group the list by them.
- The Agent now follows the licence per market. A Swedish licence gives Swedish data from Combify in the Agent, also without a Norwegian licence, and a Norwegian licence alone no longer gives Swedish data.
Fixes and improvements
- Searching for a Swedish block name, such as "Hästhuvudet" or "Stockholm Hästhuvudet", now shows the properties in the block.
- Swedish units are now placed at the right address, also in buildings with several entrances.
- An open tag always shows its properties in the map. Inside a tag, the heading uses its own word for what is counted, not "tags".
- The map now shows a banner asking you to zoom in when the years in Lightning strikes are turned on and the map is zoomed too far out.
- Swedish building permits now show their name without a stray comma at the end in the panel, the hover card and the breadcrumb.
- Dates in the panels for Swedish building permits, detailed development plans and tenders now follow the same format as the rest of the app and the language you have chosen, instead of the raw date from the source.
Other new features since 3.0.31
Placepoint AI
- Examples and tips now explains how memory works in Claude, Microsoft 365 Copilot and ChatGPT, and what has to be turned on for Claude to remember you between conversations.
- Placepoint API 0.6.0 provides income and wealth distributions per area in the area statistics.
Maps and data
- The pages for Noise now show the dB zones per noise source, when each map layer was last updated, and that the values are calculated, not measured.
