Activities
Requires a project: yes.
Activities is the chronological log for a project. It gathers manually recorded notes and tasks from the Property panel, and every team member with access to the project sees the log.
What ends up in the log
- Manually: notes and tasks you create from the Activities tab in the Property panel.
All activities are visible to team members with access to the project.
How the panel is built

| Group | Dropdown menu: weekly, monthly, quarterly or yearly time grouping. |
| Navigation buttons | Five buttons at the top right that move you along the timeline. |

Time grouping
- Weekly: one group per week. Best for active projects.
- Monthly: the default for most projects.

Creating a note
Notes are date-stamped text entries on a property. Use them to log dialogue with owners or agents, thoughts after a site visit, or observations you want to return to.
- Open the property from the map, the search or the Properties list.
- Go to the Activities tab in the Property panel.
- Click + New note, write the text, and save.
The note appears in the activity log straight away, both on the property and in the project's combined activity panel. Notes can be edited and deleted.
Creating a task
Tasks have a person responsible and an optional due date.
- Open the property and go to the Activities tab.
- Click + New task.
- Select the person responsible and the due date, write a title and description, and save.
The task appears in the activity log and can be marked as done once it is resolved.
Empty state
The panel shows "No activities yet" when no notes or tasks have been added to the project. This is not an error.
Common use cases
Dialogue log. When you contact an owner, tenant or agent, add a note on the property. At the next review you can see what has been done and what the next step is.
Task allocation. Create tasks with a person responsible and a due date to share the work across the team. Use the activity list in status meetings: group by "Quarterly" for an overview of what has happened since last time.
Site visits and inspections. Add a note right after a site visit with observations, photos and next steps. The note is linked to the property and is searchable in the project log.
Find your way back to recent work. Cannot remember the property's address, but you know you looked at it recently? Use the activity list to find your way back to what you and your colleagues have worked on, instead of searching again. The filters at the top narrow the list by actor type and time period.
Tips
- Click an activity to go straight to the property it relates to.
- Manual notes can be edited and deleted.
- Combine this with Tags for follow-up across the portfolio: tag properties with a status (for example "in dialogue", "on hold") and use the activity log for the details on each property.
