Properties
Requires project: yes.
The Properties panel gathers all the properties in the active project. They can come from the map or from manual additions. From here you filter, group and export, and navigate to the Property panel for individual properties.
How properties end up in the list
- From the map: click a property and use Add to project in the Property panel.
- From Tags: tagged properties can be imported through the project settings.
- Via the "Add property via map" button at the bottom of the panel: click directly on the map to select.
Very large matrikkelenheter (typically agricultural, forestry or industrial properties of several hundred dekar) can in rare cases be rejected with a message saying the property is too large. This is an internal limit that protects report and analysis calculations against heavy geometric operations. Contact us through the chat button on the map if you need help.

Property cards (grid view)
Each card shows a Google Street View image (or an empty state message if there is no coverage), address, postcode and postal town. The buttons Navigate on the map and View Google Street View are available on each card.
List view
A denser table format. Use it when the list is long and you want to bulk filter or export quickly.
Select multiple buildings on the map
To select several buildings at once, turn on multi-select mode:

Btoggles the mode on and off. - The toolbar button at the top right of the map toolbar does the same.
In multi-select mode, each building click ticks a checkbox instead of opening the Property panel. Press B again to return to normal mode.
With a selection active, you can add all the buildings to the project in one operation.
If you want a cluster of buildings to appear in the same colour on the map, put them in a project. Project properties automatically get the same colour marking when the project is active. Multi-select mode (
B) does not set colour across sessions.
Analyses from the properties
Click Navigate on the map on a property card to open the Property panel, then use the Analyze button in the quick link row. The most used option is Neighbourhood, which shows neighbouring property activity as coloured points on the map.

Multi-select for matrikkelenheter
Buildings can be selected in bulk with the B key. Matrikkelenheter (land plots) do not support the same multi-select with shared visual highlighting on the map. Practical alternatives:
- Project for visual grouping: project properties get the same colour marking on the map.
- Tags: create a tag, tag the properties and click the tag to zoom to them together.
Common use cases
Acquisition follow-up. Add relevant properties from the map, filter on an area range or ownership type, and export the candidates.
Portfolio status. Put the whole portfolio in a project, group by municipality or ownership type, and export for periodic reporting.
Tenant search. Add relevant buildings, filter on usable floor area, and export the list for further work.
Tips
- Set
Show per pageto the value you want before you export. The export follows the active page if no rows are ticked. - Deleting from the project does not remove tags or history in Activities.
- Filter and use View on map to inspect a subset geographically before you decide the next step.
