Projects
A project is a workspace you create around a specific task: an acquisition process, a portfolio review, a tenant search or the mapping of a retail market. Properties, geographic areas and activities are collected in the project and available from the left menu for as long as the project is active.
The project menu in the left menu
At the bottom of the left menu, a card shows the name of the active project. Click the card to open the project menu with these options:

| Option | What it does |
|---|---|
| Edit project | Change the name and description of the active project |
| Remove project | Disable the active project without deleting it |
| Back to projects | Opens the project list, where you select another project |
No project selected is shown when none is active.

What a project contains
| Part | What it does |
|---|---|
| Properties | A combined list of the properties you are following, with filtering, grouping and export. |
| Areas | Polygons you draw on the map, used as a geographic frame for analyses. |
| Activities | A chronological log of notes and tasks linked to the properties in the project. |
Common workflows
Acquisition and investment screening. Create a project, draw an Area around the search area, review the properties in Properties, tag the most relevant ones using Tags, and log all dialogue under Activities.
Tenant search. Create a project for the vacant property, add relevant buildings using Properties, tag qualified candidates, and log outreach in Activities.
Portfolio follow-up. Create one project per portfolio or fund, add the properties using Properties, and use Analyze and Reports for periodic reporting.
Tips
- Give projects clear names. You will have many of them over time.
- Use Remove project to disable a finished project without losing its content.
- Tags give you cross-cutting categorisation of properties across projects.
- Projects can be shared with colleagues through Settings. The team can work in the same project in parallel.

- Search works independently of any project, but results can be added to the active project with one click.
- The property panel has an "Add to project" action when a project is active.
- Analyze and Reports are often run on areas and properties from the project context.
