Report: Ownership structure and title

The ownership structure report answers who actually owns a property: the registered owner in Grunnboken, the company behind them, the shareholders in that company, and the chain further up to the top company. Intended for transactions, credit assessment and any case where the counterparty is a company rather than a person.
ℹ️ The ownership structure report is coming soon. Contact us via the chat button at the bottom right if you want to know more.
What the report shows
- Registered owner per matrikkelenhet, with the date of the most recent transfer of title.
- Ownership chain up to the top company, drawn as a tree.
- Shareholders at each level, with ownership share and history year by year.
- Roles: board, managing director and signing authority.
- Encumbrances on the property, as in Report: Due diligence.
Private individuals are shown as "Private person" without a name. A company that owns directly, with no intermediate level, is not a single purpose company, and the report distinguishes between the two.
