Report: ESG and sustainability

The ESG report brings together the registered sustainability picture for a property or portfolio: energy labelling, environmental certifications, climate-related natural hazards and how well the property is covered by public transport. Made for reporting to owners and lenders, and for seeing which buildings in the Portfolio pull the numbers down.
ℹ️ The ESG report is coming soon. Contact us through the chat button in the bottom right if you want to know more.
What the report shows
- Energy Label per building from Enova, with the distribution across the Portfolio.
- Environmental Certifications: BREEAM and equivalent schemes where the building is registered.
- Climate-related natural hazards: flooding, landslides and sea level, the same sources as in Report: Risk.
- Public transport access: travel time to the nearest hub and what you can reach by public transport within 15 minutes.
- Building age and land use as an indicator of upgrade needs.
What the report does not have
Actual energy consumption in kWh, Scope 1-3 emissions and taxonomy assessment build on your own measurement data and are not held in public registers. The report covers the registered baseline.
