Report: Tenant analysis and tenant search

The tenant analysis turns the perspective from property to company: who is located in the area, in which industries, how large they are, and who is relevant for the premises you have vacant. Intended for landlords and commercial agents who are looking for tenants rather than premises.
ℹ️ The tenant analysis is coming soon. Contact us through the chat button at the bottom right if you want to know more.
What the report shows
- Companies in the area, grouped by industry (NACE), with the number of employees and floor area where this is registered.
- Industry profile: which industries dominate, and how the mix differs from the surrounding neighbourhoods.
- Financial strength per company, from the most recent available accounts.
- Chains and branches are found by location, not by name: each outlet has its own organisation number, so a name search on the chain does not find the shop on the street.
- Offices and address history: where the company has moved from and to.
How you set the boundaries
You draw the area, or start from a property and a radius around it. The analysis can also be run on a portfolio to see which industries you are already heavily exposed to.
