Report: Tenants

The Tenants tab in the property panel

The tenant report brings together the tenants in a single property or across the whole portfolio: who they are, which industry they operate in, how much area they occupy and how financially sound they are. It is built for property owners and managers who want to see the counterparty risk across the tenant base as a whole, not company by company.

What the report shows​

  • Tenant list per property: company, organisation number, industry (NACE) and number of employees.
  • Area distribution between the tenants, and how large a share the biggest one makes up.
  • Financial strength per tenant: turnover, equity and profit from the latest available accounts.
  • Concentration: how much of the portfolio rests on a few tenants or a single industry.
  • Tenants in the tenant base over time, where the history exists.

What the report does not have​

Rent levels, lease terms and WAULT sit in your own leases and are not found in public registers. The report covers who is located where and how financially sound they are.
