Report: market and area analysis

The area analysis describes an area rather than a single property: what stands there, who owns it, what has been sold, who lives and works there, and what lies within reasonable travel time. It is meant for anyone assessing a market, a neighbourhood or a location, not a single object.

What the report shows
- Building stock: number of buildings, total UFA, distribution by building type and year of construction.
- Ownership form: how much is owned by companies, private individuals and the public sector.
- Transactions: sales in the area with price per square metre where the price is public.
- Demographics: population, daytime population, age, income and households per grunnkrets (basic statistical unit).
- Travel time: what can be reached within 5, 10 and 15 minutes on foot, by bicycle, by car and by public transport.
- Nearby amenities: retail, schools, kindergartens and transport hubs.
How to define the area
You draw the area yourself, in the same way as in Analysis. The report calculates on what you have drawn, not on an administrative boundary, unless you choose one.
