Report: Portfolio
The portfolio report gathers everything a company owns: directly and through subsidiaries, with total area, geographical distribution, building types, year of construction and transaction history. Intended for managers, banks and advisers who need the portfolio picture without looking up one property at a time.

What the report shows
- Property list with matrikkel, address, area and building type.
- Totals: number of properties, total UFA, distribution per kommune.
- Ownership chain: what is owned directly and what is owned through subsidiaries. A parent company that owns through single purpose companies gets both layers included.
- Composition: building type, year of construction and ownership type as a distribution rather than a list.
- Transactions: what has been bought and sold, and when.
- Map of the whole portfolio.
What the report does not have
Book values, rental income and yield are your own figures and are not held in the registers. The report covers what the portfolio consists of.
