Report: Risk

The Risk map layers in the map

The Risk Report brings together natural hazards and ground conditions for a single property or an entire portfolio: flooding, landslides, quick clay, radon and hazard zones from planning documents, with maps and a source reference for each finding. It is intended for banks, insurers, property developers and managers who need a verifiable risk picture early on.

ℹ️ The Risk Report is coming soon. Contact us via the chat button in the bottom right if you want to know more.

What the report shows

  • Flooding and watercourses. Awareness areas and flood zones from NVE, with the distance from buildings to the zone.
  • Landslides and quick clay. Release and run-out areas, quick clay zones with hazard level and consequence class.
  • Ground conditions. Superficial deposit maps and ground surveys from NGU.
  • Hazard zones. Zones in the municipal plan and zoning plan that cover hazard, noise or conservation.
  • A map for each finding. Every hit is shown with the property boundary and the triggering map layer in the same image.

Summary

At the top of the report there is a summary listing which map layers intersect the property, and which conditions should be looked into further. The summary points to findings, it does not replace a geotechnical assessment.
