Quick links
A row of quick links appears at the top of the property panel. They are shortcuts to the most common actions on a property and save you from opening several panels.
Available quick links

| New tag | Adds a tag to the property directly. See Tags. |
| Activities | Opens the activity list for the property. |
| Reports | Opens the report view for the property. |
| Analyze | Opens analyses linked to the property. |
| PropCloud / Maps | Opens the property in PropCloud or Newsec Maps (new tab). |
New tag
Click New tag to add a tag without opening the Tags panel. A list of existing tags appears. Select one, or type a new tag name and confirm. The tag then appears at the top of the property panel.
PropCloud / Maps
Opens a dropdown with options for PropCloud and Newsec Maps:

| View valuation | Opens the PropCloud valuation for the property. |
| Open in PropCloud | Opens the property page in PropCloud (new tab). |
| Open in Newsec Maps | Opens the property in Newsec Maps (new tab). |
PropCloud and Newsec Maps are the sister products to Placepoint. All three open in a new tab, so you keep your place in Placepoint.
Typical use cases
Quick tagging while prospecting. Click the property in the map, click New tag, select "Kandidat". Move on to the next property. No need to open the Tags panel.
Value Estimate. Click PropCloud / Maps and select View valuation for a model-based estimate. Use it as a starting point for negotiation, not as an appraised value.
Map-focused view. Click Open in Newsec Maps for a clean map view without the Placepoint left-hand menu, useful for sharing a map extract with someone who does not have Placepoint access.
Tips
- The quick links are available for all properties, but some links (PropCloud, Newsec Maps) require the property to be indexed in the respective products.
- All external links open in a new tab. Placepoint stays unchanged in the background.
