Tags - details
Tags are coloured labels you attach to properties to collect them in lists, mark process status or share a portfolio with colleagues. A property can have several tags, and one tag can cover hundreds of properties.
Open the Tags view
Click Tags in the left menu (stable id #UI_Tags_Root). The view shows a card list of properties that have tag markers, with a search field and a filter button at the top.
The card list
Each card in the list shows:
- Cadastre number and address.
- Coloured tag markers for all tags the property has.
- A thumbnail view of the property.
The number of tagged properties is shown at the top (for example "17 tags (all)"). Use Sort tags to change the order, and Show as map to plot the properties geographically.
Filter the list
The search field at the top filters as you type on cadastre number, tag name or municipality. The filter button next to it opens a separate filter panel where you can combine several criteria.
Add a tag to a property
- Open the property by clicking it in the map or through search.
- Click + Add tag at the top of the property panel.
- Select an existing tag from the list, or type a new tag name and confirm.
The button shows + Add tag in English in the current version.
Remove a tag from a property
Open the property panel. The tag markers are shown at the top. Click the marker you want to remove and select the remove option.
Create and edit tags
Tags are created directly from the property panel: click + Add tag, type a new name and confirm. You can also edit existing tags (name and colour) from the Tags view.
Colours
The tag markers are colour coded. Use the colour to signal status without reading the tag name: one colour per phase, per team or per project type.
Typical use cases
Due diligence pipeline. Create tags for each stage: "Kandidat", "Under vurdering", "Avslått", "Kjøp". Tag properties as the work progresses. Filter on one tag to see the whole batch at that stage.
Portfolio sharing. Tag the properties in a portfolio with one shared tag name. Share the link to the filtered view with a colleague.
Spatial overview. Use Show as map to plot all properties with a given tag as points in the map.
Personal bookmarks. Use tags such as "Følge opp" or "Sjekk regulering" as a personal reminder list. All team members can see them, so use names that make sense without context.
Tips
- The search field filters as you type. Type the first few letters to narrow down quickly.
- Use colours systematically: green markers for positive indicators, red for negative, grey for neutral process stages.
- Tags are visible to everyone with access to the workspace. Use tag names that make sense without context.
- A deleted tag is removed from all properties that have it. There is no undo function.
