Från matrikkelnummer till fastighet

Fastighetsuppslaget svarar på vad vi vet om denna matrikkelenhet: areal, adresser, kommun och fastighetstyp, plus länkar vidare till byggnader, ägare, hyresgäster och transaktioner. Banker och mäklare använder det för att verifiera en fastighet före värdering, byggherrar använder det för att hämta grunddata före en djupare analys.

Bulkuppslaget svarar på samma fråga för en lista med matrikkelnummer i ett anrop, i stället för ett anrop per fastighet. Sektionslistan svarar på hur en sektionerad fastighet är uppdelad: ägarsektionerna, andelstal och vem som äger varje sektion.

• Bulkuppslag i ett anrop

  Upp till 100 matrikkelnummer i ett anrop i stället för ett anrop per fastighet. En notFound-lista visar vilka som inte gav träff, och Idempotency-Key återanvänder svaret i 24 timmar vid upprepat anrop.

• Direkt vidare till underresurserna

  Svaret har länkar vidare till byggnader, ägare och hyresgäster, så ett system slipper konstruera URL:erna själv.

• Sektionerna med ägarandel

  Sektionslistan ger andelstal och ägare per sektion, samma uppgift som ägarsektioner annars kräver en manuell sökning i Grunnboken för.
